National System of Garage Ventilation warrants the equipment supplied by us from mechanical defects or faulty workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment, provided it has been installed and maintained in accordance with Seller’s instructions, and/or recommendations contained with the equipment upon delivery. This Warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts whose normal life expectancy is less than one year.
Seller shall be released from all obligations under this Warranty, in the event the system fans are sized incorrectly and repairs or modifications are made by persons other than its own or authorized service personnel or agent, unless such repairs by others are made with written consent of the Seller. No agent, employe, or representative of Seller has any authority to bind Seller under the contract, unless an affirmation, representation or warranty made by the agent, employee or representative is specifically included in this agreement.
Seller makes no warranty concerning components or accessories not manufactured by the Seller; however, Seller agrees to pass on to Purchaser all warranties of manufacturers of such components. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory and is strictly limited to terms hereof. National System of Garage Ventilation specifically disclaims any warranty of merchant ability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
